Hah the 1er is in practically the same spot too! I’m always amazed at the number of really expensive cars I see left there. Some time ago I posted an Ferrari FF that someone just left in the middle of the garage. Saw a Panamera Turbo in there tonight. On one hand it is great that people are driving these cars around when clearly they can afford a taxi, but on the other if I had something north of $100k I’m not leaving it to get door dings from bro trucks that barely fit in the space next to it.

Also, I always take a cell phone picture of my car in large lots/garages so that I remember where I left it. Mainly at the airport, because that way I don’t even have to think about it for a week. But I also do it in huge surface lots like at Six Flags or Sea World. Other people sometimes look at me like I’m crazy taking a picture of my car in a lot, but I can’t be the only one who does this. This was Monday:

I went to six flags with one of my work friends and we lost her Jetta, I was thinking oh fuck my keys are in that car. She wasn’t nearly as worried as me and we eventually found it.

Yep :) Got them on CL with the tires maybe 2000 miles on them for $600. Guy was in the Air Force and being restationed to Colorado and decided to put big mud tires on 17" wheels on his new XT and didn’t want to take OEM stuff with him. I got the base for the 6MT and plan to slowly add things.

Dude that Six Flags lot is truly enormous. It has to be at least 4 acres. Not hard to lose your car if you don’t pay attention to where you left it.

Seriously, that place is massive, it took us like 20 mins to find her car. I have never been more relieved to see a Jetta in my life.

Yeah, those are nice wheels. I have a Premium , which is the top trim with the 2.5, and it has the same wheels, minus the black. They look damn good.

Sure it isn’t a 2.5i Touring? I think it goes 2.5i with steel wheels, 2.5i Premium with 17" alloys, 2.5i Limited with the same alloys but leather inside, then at the top 2.5i Touring which gets these 18" wheels in silver without the black. Anyway, I really like the ones you have but they are rare as hell so these will do :)

Yeah, that’s what I meant. Touring. Limited has leather as an option, plus spoiler and foglights. Touring has leather standard.
